The $4.2 million industrial tilt wall project at 121 LakePoint Crossing in Dallas includes a total of 32,000 cubic yards of concrete, a varied list of tasks and a timetable that required TAS crews to pour in excess of 4,000 cubic yards a week for four weeks during the course of the project.

Completing the 640,000 square foot, two-building project took a total of just seven months and 50 crewmembers. The slab on grade portion of the project was completed in six weeks and included nine 1,000+ cubic yard pours. Panels were completed in six weeks with multiple 400+ cubic yard pours.

The project's management team was integral to the project's success and led the job to completion on time. The aggressive schedule required TAS crews to work many seven-day weeks and 12-13 hour days. At one point, crews were pouring 1,000 cubic yards every other day, starting as early as 1:00 a.m.
