This 107-acre master planned business park located between Interstate 10 and US 290 includes a two-building development, for a combined total of nearly 205,000 sf. Each building provides a very attractive office environment, with efficient floor plans and nine-foot ceilings in tenant areas. The project meets the international energy code and features a radius curtain wall entrance, fountain, brick pavers and aluminum trellis.

TAS poured nearly 15,000 cubic yards of concrete between the two facilities, including slab on grade; mezzanine; tilt walls; paving; and sidewalks. Entrance areas are accented by a mix of concrete borders and brick pavers in both the paving and sidewalks. The difficulty of forming these borders - combined with very aggressive schedules for the two projects - required additional manpower from TAS' talented craftsmen.
