This state-of-the-art hospital complex sits on a 42-acre site in the heart of The Woodlands. It includes an 84-bed patient care unit and a six-story, 90,000 sf medical office building. The development will ultimately include 360,000 sf of medical office space and a world-class wellness center. TAS utilized turnkey; rebar; and place and finish services in order to provide the most efficient service for this fast-track project. The scope of work included 109,200 sf of slab on grade; 266,800 sf for the upper floors; 322,100 sf of paving; and 21,100 sf of sidewalks. While the company supplied more than 6,500 cubic years of concrete for the site work, TAS' place and finish crew was also instrumental in pouring concrete supplied by Linbeck for the construction of the six-story office tower. |
